Descrizione del lavoro

  • Audit payment and T&E reimbursement to ensure compliance with local policies and tax requirement
  • Arrange online payment and bank account management
  • AR/AP/Invoice tracking and review payment terms and conditions related to finance for local contract and storage
  • Make journals and prepare financial statements and account reconciliations under VAS
  • Issue IC billing and VAT invoices
  • Prepare monthly allocation form and operating cost analyzing
  • Provide accounting and tax documents to HQ, local tax agent, internal and external audit
  • Handle fixed asset Management
  • Oversee the operation and development of the company’s finance departments including but not limited creating and reviewing policies, budgeting and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures
  • Monitor and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances
  • Others assigned by manager

Requisiti di lavoro

Education and Experiences:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • More than 5 years working experiences on similar position. International company background is a plus.
  • Have solid knowledge of Accounting/ Finance and tax principles. Professional accounting qualifications is priority.

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities Required

  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Always meet deadline of finance work with high accuracy.
  • Be skilled at local Accounting and Finance system.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent time management skill
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Excel, outlook, PPT etc.
  • Have good sense of compliance, as well as honest, responsible quality
