Descrizione del lavoro

1. Leading related teams to solve complaint and preparation 8D reports for customer
2. Feedback to customer for NFT or and any other discussion for improvement
3. Monitoring corrective actions and confirm its effect
4. Issue/ training Quality alert - customer complaint for team
5. Review first sample inspection
6. Assign task for lab technician (RoHS/ Reach test & sample inspection)
7. Calibration & Equipment management
8. Quality issue control for new model period
9. Do other jobs assigned by Head of Quality Department
