Descrizione del lavoro

− Lead team to accomplish actitvities from ordering process to paying suppliers
− Lead team to evaluate performance of suppliers, manage tactical relationships with suppliers, improve and own the Vendor Master and vendor set-up process
− Review and amend policies, procedures and SOP for the effective operation of procurement activities, and Execute continuous improvement initiatives to support strategic sourcing business objectives and goals.
− Build and control Procurement dashboard via effective collaboration with Sourcing team and other functions to realize procurement goals and objectives
− Clarify / challenge sourcing team on sourcing actitivies to ensure sourcing process compliance
− Partner with IT, where appropriate, to deliver solutions, enhancements and process automation, e-procurement
− Play MC role
− Monitor, report process compliance and provide corrective actions and improvement
− Build a high engaging team and enhance stakeholders satisfaction
− Provide training on proper operational process to the team. Coach the team for compliance in procurement operation
− Self-learning to improve skills and develop capabilities

Requisiti di lavoro

− Gruaduated from Engineering University plus knowledges from Foreign Trade / Economics / Finance, or vice versa
− At least 7-year experience in Procurement Management in FMCG
− Strong analytical, negotiation, contracting, communication (verbal & written), influence and leadership skills. Comprehensive understanding of P2P process, deep experiences with SAP and e-procurement systems.
− Strong ability to build relationships and networks with multiple functions
− Results oriented. Strong Collaborative Skills, Positive Attitude, High Energy, proactive
