Descrizione del lavoro

- Coordinate the relating New Store Opening process.
- Deal and sign new location contracts.
- Build up relationship with landlord and government.
- Prepare the renewal contract list. Legal support.
- Build up and maintain landlords relationship.
- Conduct renewal/ closed contract as Business Unit standards.
- Conduct to reduce the losses of store.
- Support Operation resolve the issue relating to the landlords.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Educational Qualification: University
  • Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Solving problem, Organization, Presentation
  • Working in customer service, retail field
  • Patient, active, honest, responsible
