Descrizione del lavoro

- Search and establish relationships with potential customers.

- Dealing with foreign customers via email, phone, chat and face-to-face.

- Participating in trade shows, industry conferences, competitive competitions, and other marketing activities...

- Synthesize, report, research and survey potential market.

- Introduce product information, promote negotiations, close orders and sign contracts.

- Follow up the progress of orders, update and coordinate with other related departments to develop according to the progress.

- Take care and maintain positive relationship with customers.

- Accompany customers when visiting the factory...

- Resolve requests, resolve arising transactions from customers, information to relevant departments (recovery of 2-way information).

- Report work periodically and when arising.

- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Graduated from Foreign Trade University (is preferred), University of Economics.

- Solid knowledge of international business (import and export, incoterms, international payment, international law, commercial correspondence...);

- Fluent in English communication skills: Listening, speaking, reading and writing
