Descrizione del lavoro

- Plan and coordinate with warehouse supervisor to conduct cycle count every day. Make a newspaper
- Report and track inventory discrepancies (if any).
- Directly perform the reconciliation of import & export transactions to ensure the similarity of transactions between management systems and between systems and reality.
- Control documents related to import and export.
- Coordinate with customer representatives to compare inventory every day.
- Handle inventory-related problems within the allowed authority.
- Make daily/weekly/monthly inventory related reports

Requisiti di lavoro

- College graduate or above
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of warehousing, logistics, retail.
- Organizational skills, problem solving, good communication, clear presentation
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft applications and/or have software knowledge WMS, ERP or SAP
- Can speak, read, write and speak English, can work in shifts when required

* Work at Le minh Xuan Industrial Zone in Binh Chanh*
