Descrizione del lavoro

‒Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the accounting department including controls and reports, budgets and forecasts, payments, and investment

‒Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data

‒Make quotation to customer is important on this daily working

‒Handle payroll for employees.

‒Implement the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, etc. as required

‒Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report

‒Responsible for cash management, execute payroll calculation and payments to vendors, employees, and Vietnamese authorities

‒Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters

‒Establish, monitor and implement with team the MISA system and ensure its smooth running

‒Train, coach and develop local accounting team

‒Other special tasks assigned by General Director

Requisiti di lavoro

‒University Graduate with major in Finance or Accounting

‒Have Chief Accountant Certificate.

‒At least 3 years work experience in international manufacturing companies.

‒Strong knowledge in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems, manufacturing processes and procedures

‒Preferably with experience in controlling function of A/P, A/R and billing, inventory management as well as finance management to include insurance, sales analysis and pricing

‒Up to date knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Vietnamese laws and regulations related to accounting work and tax issues

‒Must have experience in implementing MISA system

‒Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet, Accounting Software)

‒English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing

‒Strong leadership, analytical and organization skills, high level of professionalism and integrity, good communication and interpersonal skills

‒A good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure whenever necessary

‒Male or female with pleasant personality, must be above 30 years of age
