Descrizione del lavoro

- Preparing required documents, legal agreements for all licensing, corporate (loan, funding, etc…), company structure matters

- Responsible for public affair and crisis issues

- Reviewing and preparing contracts, and other documents

- Handle for Compliance issues (company health check, process, procedure)

- Handle for Medical device issues (import, sale…).

- Filing dossiers with the competent authorities.

- Helping prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting with other tasks as needed.

- Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases.

- Gathering and analyzing statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, documents and other data.

- Providing Legal Advice for business partners.

- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor’s Degree in law

- From 7-10 years of experience, experience in healthcare/Pharma is an advantage

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

- Critical thinking skills

- Negotiation skills.

- Research and drafting skills.

- Attention to detail.
