  • Having experience in reviewing various contracts and agreements (COMPULSORY)
  • Assisting in researching and providing legal opinion on requested matters;
  • Liaising with the state agency and other department to complete assigned tasks;
  • Detecting and advising on possible risks to the operation of the Company;
  • Updating relevant changes in legal systems and analyzing the influence of such changes;
  • Other assigned tasks relating to law/legal

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Education background: University degree in Law/Legal
  • Having Lawyer Card and Lawyer Practice Certis an advantage
  • Major: Law/Legal
  • Foreign Languages: English
  • Korean is an advantage
  • Working Experience: 4-5 years
  • Good communication skills: Able to work independently and in collaboration with the other departments,
  • Good command of MS Office (Word,Power Point)
