Descrizione del lavoro

  • Interact closely with internal teams, especially the Group’s Head of Product, in the process of researching, developing, customizing, and improving the products in general and card products in particular for the Vietnamese market.
  • Manage the product life cycle; continuously evaluate the position of our products in the Vietnamese market in comparison with the competitors products.
  • Interact closely with internal teams, especially the Head of Marketing, in developing the sales and marketing plan for the Vietnamese market.
  • Build financial products from scratch including product policy, process and product positioning
  • Continuous research on terms and business model of financial products in the market to ensure best product offerings.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree holder
  • At least 5 years experience in product development and product management position, priority digital lending product
  • Ability to hold relationships and manage projects
  • Understands the business and industry dynamics of consumer and revolving products
  • Passionate and self-motivated to deliver performance excellence
  • Demonstrate self-starter potential and be a team player
  • Ability to communicate in English (Intermediate and above)
