Descrizione del lavoro

  • Manage a team of underwriters and Validators
  • Controlling the activities of underwriting staffs to ensure that the activities in the department comply with the procedure
  • Propose changes and improvements to the existing process to achieve maximum efficiency in the decision-making process
  • Identify and report suspicious documents fraud trends to UW manager
  • Responsible for training of team members
  • Other tasks assigned from the Manager

Requisiti di lavoro

Who you are:

  • You are young, ambitious, flexible, and not afraid of new products.
  • Ready to learn new and interesting information about banking products, cards and fintech processes.
  • You are required with a minimum education background of bachelor degree.
  • Ability to work in an English- speaking environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skill

  • Ability to solve problems quickly and independently while working in a fast-paced environment.

Skill requirements:

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Experience in the banking sector, underwriting process;
  • Purposefulness, energy, responsibility, customer focus;
  • Resistance to stressful situations, a positive life position.
