Atlas Copco Vietnam is looking for a temporary 1-year logistics coordinator who can start in April or May 2024

Principal Responsibilities

‒ Receive quotation from sales departments, verify and process order, place order to factory in SAP

‒ Follow up purchasing orders in Systems

‒ Cooperate with supplier for delivery on time and provide related documents.

‒ Check shipping documents, confirm for issuing

‒ Check declaration custom and cooperate with Forwarder to do customs clearance

‒ Arrange to pick up cargo from the port

‒ Suggest transporters best quotes to team leader

‒ Check debit note for per month from Forwarder/ transporter/ supplier, make SRM

‒ Do billing in system for each sales order

‒ Submit documents to Finance team, save documents

‒ Do claiming/ returning to the factory if having any damages

‒ Other tasks under Team Leader’s request

Requisiti di lavoro

Qualification Requirements

  • Young with 1 year experiencein order processing, shipment arrangement and customs clearance
  • Gradute from import-export study or related study
  • Able to work independently and under tight time schedule
  • Willing to learn and have a growth mindset.
