Descrizione del lavoro

1. Develop and manage the MarTech strategy for VPBank, ensuring seamless integration of marketing automation tools and technologies.

2. Define and implement the CLCM strategy for VPBank, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value and driving upsell/cross-sell campaigns for NEO.

3. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

4. Implement marketing automation tools such as Insider and CleverTap to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Leverage AI and the latest trends in marketing automation to optimize various channels, including push notifications, email marketing, and Facebook.

6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

7. Collaborate with internal product teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing efforts and achieve desired outcomes.

8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal product teams and marketing automation and analytics vendors.

9. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong return on investment.

10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies into marketing strategies as appropriate.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; masters degree preferred.

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on MarTech, CLCM, marketing automation, and analytics.

- Expertise in marketing automation tools such as Insider and CleverTap, as well as analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.

- Knowledge of the latest trends in AI, gamification and marketing automation, with a track record of integrating these technologies into marketing strategies.

- Proven success in leading and managing marketing teams, with a focus on CLCM and MarTech strategy.

- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including push notifications, email marketing, and Facebook.

- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with vendors, and coordinate efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
