Descrizione del lavoro

- Maintain and develop Just in time delivery to production line right time, right quantity, right location, right quantity.
- Based on MPS schedule to arrange with supplier and JIT team proper resource and readiness for production change
- Supplier logistic capability assessment
- Supplier Delivery Performance Management and Improvement
- Delivery contingency plan for delivery in crisis situation
- Ensure that professional and consistent materials delivery planning processes are
applied across the business.
- Ensure that any Material Delivery Planning system (MRP) or IT
system in place is effective and that data is accurate and up to date and
resolve any issues as required.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed
objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and
continuous improvements
- Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing
performance of direct reports
-Monitor and ensure that staff under supervision maintain accurate material
schedules to get the right materials on site at the right time
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety
and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and
wellbeing of self, staff and visitors

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Education

    Bachelor of Business Administration / Industrial Management/ Economics or related Faculty.

  • Experience

    Rich experience for Manufacturing

  • Knowledge

    Knowledge of Supply Chain Management/ Warehouse and Logistic Management
    Production/ Warehouse/ Planning knowledge is preferred.
    Just In Time knowledge
