Descrizione del lavoro

- Input KDN, WDN from barcode to SAP, recon document with data input.

- Making invoice, delivery note for export stock from VNPT site.

- Prepare and comment for any slow moving stocks.

- Balance stock end month, include adjust stock gain, loss.

- Create Material Code, BOM, Location; Extend Customer sample, Material Code, Location.

- Making stock report include: stock value, stock non value, packing & barcode

- Working very closely with the team and other department to solve the issue if any.

- Hold the physical stock count at every month and making the reconciliation of book number and actual, explain the variance if any.

- Hold the fixed asset count at every haft year and making the reconciliation of book and actual, find the variance and raise the issue if any.

- Assist FM for further requirements if assigned.

Requisiti di lavoro

Gradudated college or university in Accounting, Finance, Bank...

Fresh graduated or have 01 year of experience as accounting staffat manufacturing company

Good at excel

Good at English communication is priority.
