About the eCommerce Department

ADAs eCommerce department optimizes brands’ presence and marketing performance on marketplaces and brand-owned eCommerce sites to deliver real business outcomes through innovative eCommerce solutions. .

Key Tasks

B2B Client management

1. Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Demand Planning, Inventory control, Accounting) to serve B2B clients (Tiki, Store chains…) with their B2B orders.

2. Join on recurring activities including order processing (daily), portfolio update (weekly and monthly), commercial plan feedback (monthly), promotion claim back (monthly, quarterly).

3. Measure project performance with relevant tracking reports as aligned with line manager & customers including Sell In order report (Daily), Service Level Report (Weekly), Inventory Report (Weekly), Commercial Plan and Portfolio Report (Monthly)…

4. Manage good relationship with the clients and all stakeholders

"Process B2B End to End Order: Communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure service level agreement with effective cost and resources."

1. PO management: Validate clients B2B Purchase Order (PO) (code, price, credit status, Minimum of Quantity MOQ, Minimum of Value MOV...) to ensure everything is proper as aligned and update PO info (po detail, status, loss root cause...) into relating system/trackers.

2. Code verification: Mapping code; break combo into single and send to demand planner for reviewing.

3. Confirm to customer about PO confirmation quantity, delivery date, reason of loss and restock timing for OOS (Out of Stock) products...

4. Communicate and arrange inbound slot with internal teams and customers (up to 3rd delivery, ad hoc delivery)

5. Process the PO delivery, considering customer specific requirement including other Value-Added Service instruction (if any)

6. Solve issue when hand overing product to customer: update image, code adjustment, no receiver at store, cant reach receiver...)

7. Invoice management: Invoice issuing, invoice verification, invoice adjustment

Project optimization

1. Join with managers on project optimization including defining better way of working between involved stakeholders, reducing operation/logistic expense, reducing manual works, implementing system-based tool/process…

2. Support in new projects & tasks as assigned by line manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

Requirement / Experience

1. Min 2 of order processing and/or customer service experiences from FMCG environment.

2. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written/verbal communication skills (ability to converse in English is an advantage)

3. Exposure to cross countries working environment

4. Energetic, self-motivated, possess analytics skills and comfortable to challenge the status quo.
