Duration: 1-year contract
Location: An Phu, Thuan An, Binh Duong (Shuttle bus provided)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Checking and verifying set of payment documents (both of direct and indirect expenses);
  • Posting invoices to the accounting system;
  • Processing weekly payments;
  • Posting receipts from customers to the accounting system;
  • Reconcile all the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that invoices are issued properly;
  • Generating reports and statements for internal use;
  • Support to check the warehouse inventory at the end of the month;
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline is required;
  • Good knowledge of VAS & US GAAP;
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company;
  • Knowledge of BC 365 accounting system/Navision or ERP system;
  • Advanced Excel skills (intimate knowledge of Pivot tables and other financial formulas).
