RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Relations

  • Proactively cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts in the healthcare industry.

  • Develop and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other materials to promote Gene Solutions achievements, events, and initiatives.

  • Respond to media inquiries and facilitate interviews with key personnel.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and oversee social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote key initiatives and events.

Event Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute healthcare-related events, conferences, and webinars.

  • Coordinate media coverage and outreach for events.

  • Organize communication activities such as lunch, round table, talk show

Crisis Communication

  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies, ensuring timely and transparent communication during challenging situations.

Monitoring and Analysis

  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders.

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of PR and media efforts.

Internal communication

  • In-house support and advice in communication activities

Others

  • Develop company brochure and company video, company presentation

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations or media relations, with a focus on healthcare.

  • Strong relationship with journals

  • Strong understanding of genetics and related scientific topics. Previous experience in the genetics or biotechnology industry is a plus.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

  • Adept at meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
