JOB OBJECTIVE

  • Ensure to fullfil all tasks and responsible
  • Comply with company regulation

JOB DESCRITPION

Materials planning

  • Prepare the main source of raw materials for production: paper (paper / roll paper) by tracking the paper delivery schedule by quarter, month and week to ensure the source of paper for production.
  • Making inventory of materials needed for production based on orders approved for production, urging needed materials to be delivered to the factory according to the production schedule.
  • Statistics of the remaining materials after the production of orders to have a plan to reuse for other orders.

Production plan & Production stuation managing

  • Based on the approved orders for production, it is necessary to compare with the technical records of each product code, check the status of raw materials => on production models for each machine, production group by day, week.
  • Monitor production results and comment on cases where the productivity is lower than the norm.
  • Proposal for overtime and other proposals within the powers and duties of the ministry to best serve the most reasonable and efficient production requirements.
  • Feedback specific delivery date for each order for business.
  • Deadline shiping managing control
  • Handling daily arising tasks.
  • Proposing initiatives to reform the operation of the plant.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be responsible for assigned tasks
  • To co-operator with other department as Production/SC/CS/ W.H..

RIGHT

  • Autonomy in the implementation of the tasks assigned to achieve good results, in accordance with the policy of strict management of the process, rules and regulations of the Company, the development orientation of the company
  • Suggest solutions to improve and rationalize production Planning activities

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Educations: Above College/ University
  • Experience: 3-5 years
  • English commucation
  • Personal ability/ Honest, careful
  • High responsibility
  • Fast learner, hard working and enthusiasm
  • Nam/ Nữ tuổi từ 38 trở lên, đã làm trưởng phòng kế hoạch các công ty sản xuất ít nhất 2 năm trở lên
  • Tiếng anh bắt buộc
