Descrizione del lavoro

- Source and develop suppliers in Vietnam and potentially other countries.

- Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships.

- Manage the procurement process which includes negotiating with suppliers, recommending best offer (in terms of quality, service and cost), manage samples.

- Manage PO, work with supplier to have necessary shipping documents for customs declaration.

- Work closely with forwarder/ shipping line, QA and Import department… to minimize extra cost; and manage to pick up/ deliver goods on time.

- Identify potential savings opportunities and support cost savings initiatives.

- Keep an active role in updating government regulation relate to import &; export (i.e: import tax, VAT tax (if any), HS code of products …

- Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location

- Calculate estimated cost of goods

- KPI analysis and report

- Communication with operations and sales teams

Requisiti di lavoro

- Vietnamese citizenship preferred

- Graduated from University (Bachelor) in logistics, economy, foreign trade or related

- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in sourcing/ purchasing

- Good understanding of supply chain management-procurement such as order management, supplier management, quality, lead time ETC.

- Fluency in English & Vietnamese is necessary. French is a plus

- Proficiency in Excel is necessary, knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is a plus, experience in F&B is helpful

- Personality: autonomous & organized person, strong attention to details, solutions driven

- Good skill in analysis, forecast and negotiation
