Supplier development and management
Quotation and purchasing price control
PO and contract release
PO executing and following up
Purchased materials rejection and replacement
AP reconcile with Finance
ERP(U8) purchasing module operating and maintaining
Participate in establishing company strategy and business plan
Drive supplier development, evaluation and continuous improvement
Acting as NPD team member to review quotation and track the project schedules
Draft the business contracts, NDA and tooling contracts with the suppliers and sign off as the company representative
Drive business negotiations with suppliers
PO review and approval
Problem solving for any delay purchasing
Push rejection and replacement to suppliers
Review all documents and records of the department to ensure it’s accuracy
KPI set up and review for the subordinates
Periodic performance report of the department
Perform other duties as directed by Management

Supply chain management or Logistics management diploma or above
At least 5 years purchasing working experience in multi-international company and at least 3 year management experience
Knowledge of strategy purchasing, ability to control purchase cost
Independent decision-making ability
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Good oral & written both Chinese and Vietnamese
Excellent level of use of Microsoft Office, with mid-level Excel knowledge
At least 1 year experience in managing orders through an ERP system
