Descrizione del lavoro

  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct process audits to identify and remediate non-conformities.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior QA staff.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and quality management system (QMS) improvement projects.
  • Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • Have experience with QA in IT industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in process quality assurance.
  • Experience in process improvement and auditing.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
