Descrizione del lavoro

- Checking raw materials, production process.
- Taking samples of finished products for microbiological and physicochemical testing.
- Checking product specifications during processing.
- Checking the hygienic conditions of the workshop, machinery and equipment, and production tools.
- Communicate and work directly with the processing unit to overcome the nonconformities in the production process.
- Supervising workers, the compliance with food safety and hygiene of workers.
- Exchange and work with related departments such as purchasing, planning department, export sales on issues related to product quality.
- Report the results of quality control weekly, monthly to the Head of Department.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Graduated from College/University majoring in Food Safety/Quality Assurance, Food Technology….
- Able to work independently, enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work under high pressure;
- At least 2 years of experience working in a food factory as a QC position,
- Have office computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
- Workplace: Kizuna Industrial Park.
- Working time: Able to work overtime, depending on the operation situation of the company.
