Descrizione del lavoro

1) In charge of whole process of recruitment activities (DL, IDL/Staff)

2) Orientation Training and follow up with new hires during training period

3) Recruitment Policy and Procedure: develop, maintain and oversee the implementation of recruitment policy and procedure

4) Employee Relation: Support on handling people issues in relation to discipline/grievance and escalate the issues as appropriate

5) Weekly and monthly reports

6) Other tasks assigned

Requisiti di lavoro

1)English 4 skills

2)At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and 1 year in support of employee relation

3)Good at Microsoft office

4)Good attention to detail, good organizational and planning skills, Self-driven, independent, proactive and a team player

5)Ability to multi task and prioritize work load
