Descrizione del lavoro

1. Issue invoice as per relevant Tax laws in the prescribe format of Company

2. Manage the delievery of stock from warehouse to the customer’s place

3. Manage finished goods warehouse, update the record of all stock received from production or directly from supplier in ERP software.

4. Manage the movement of finished stocks manufactured by factory and purchased directly from other suppliers

5. Liaison with production department for the tentative delievery schedule and update the internal files relating to schedule

6. Liaison with other departments to ensure smooth delievery with all relevant documents of the products.

7. Support cost accountant for the fixed assets recording, managing the internal movement of the fixed assets within the company and regularly updating the software.

8. Support chief accountant for internal audit and external audits of Company

9. Support accountant team for the daily works and audits.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Good at English;

- Open for fresh.
