Descrizione del lavoro

- Payroll for agent and outsource of all sales channel: Computation of salary timesheet, incentives for agency/outsource. payment of contest rewards/gifts. Coordinate with related department to check payroll & payment.
- Contest for agent: Run data to update contest regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) to kick off sales team.
- Coordination with external vendors:
Implement & follow up onboard and termination processing for sales team (labor contract, SI, HI, liquidation,…).
- Record & Report:
* Reports / MIS circulation, updates performance management tools, incentives
* Maintain memo for all of above
* Maintain records of all spends and payouts.
* Preparation of regular audits and reports for information storage reasons.

Requisiti di lavoro

- Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Practical experience in the field of compensations and benefits advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Good analytical skills, experience with quantitative data collection and monthly Incentive/bonus calculation
