Descrizione del lavoro

1.Reporting Dashboard Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in building a new reporting dashboard system.
  • Design and implement key performance indicator (KPI) metrics for profit and loss measurement.

2. Monthly Variance Commentary:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly commentary to highlight significant variances in financial performance.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to investigate and explain deviations from planned targets.

3. PL Forecasting:

  • Contribute to developing profit and loss forecasts by conducting scenario analyses.
  • Support the finance team in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial outcomes.

4. FP&A for Vertical Businesses

  • Undertake financial planning and analysis tasks for specific vertical businesses within the organization.
  • Create comprehensive financial plans, considering various factors and variables.
  • Analyze and review operational performance to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requisiti di lavoro

1. Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.

2. Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting to transform raw data into insightful financial dashboards for tracking performance and highlighting significant variances.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

3. Financial Acumen

  • Strong experience working with financial data and a deep understanding of financial key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Previous experience as a finance analyst is highly desirable

4. Preferred character trait

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from financial data
