Job Scope:

General purchasing supervisor will be responsible for purchasing all non-inventory items for company operations including services, projects, POSM, equipment … and supporting the new items sourcing assigned by the line manager.

Key Tasks:

1. Purchasing & cost:

  • Maintain the supplier base and sources of required items based on request from all department, ensure the best purchase price & service
  • Follow up with suppliers and requesters to ensure required documents in place and fully comply with the process.
  • Monitor quality issues and work with relevant partner to propose solutions for improvement.
  • Process and manage Purchase Order and delivery based on purchase request from other department.
  • Process and manage all store service order
  • Engage & take lead in any new project sourcing

2. Others

  • Manage the disposal vendor, disposal process with 3rd party and facilitate execution request from stores (disposal & sell-off scrap, un-used items)
  • Cooperate with project team to facilitate the equipment & spare parts purchase plan
  • Supplier performance report / tracking (all category)
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Requisiti di lavoro

  • BA Degree, SCM or Purchasing is preferable
  • Minimum 02years experiences in procurement OR supply chain department.
  • Experience in F&B purchasing/sourcing will be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in new item sourcing, supplier performance management & order management
  • Able to work cross-functional independently and under pressure
  • High integrity and passion to work in a very fast paced industry
  • Good MS Office, presentation skills.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
  • Structured and self-organized, time management
  • Ability to analyze and work on data and figures
  • Good English is a plus
