Position:Design Assistant (Executive or Senior level) - Real Estate

Job Code:83093

Responsibility

Support for project management work as a developer (in charge of building design and
other designs)
A) In charge of development work performed by developers, such as building design/other
designs management, schedule management, budget management, bidding management,
construction management (design supervision), etc., and support Japanese design manager
related to building design/ other designs
B) Design supervision at renovation construction site (IPH) and school construction site (Gia
Lam area)
* Building design/ other designs supervision as a developer
* Mainly on-site work at IPH
C) Interior supervision for various projects (IPH/SLP-B, etc.)
* Including design supervision and construction management at fit out site.
D) Prepare of various documents, presentation materials, process and edit drawing data (CAD
data).
E) Communicate with project team, participate in project meetings (internal and external
designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.) ※In English and Vietnamese.

- Working location:CAU GIAY DIST., HA NOI

- Monthly Salary:22,000,000～38,000,000VND

Requirements


・Bachelors Degree in construction technology
・Age: 25 - 35 years old. Gender: Any
・Language: English intermediate level up.
・Experience: More than 3 years of experience in architectural design work at an architectural design office or a general contractor
・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and design software (CAD or Revit)
