Position: Leasing & Marketing Executive - Real Estate

Job Code:99252

Responsibility

- Source for prospective tenants for office and retail spaces companys building.
- Conduct site visits to prospective tenants
- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants
- Make potential tenant lists for handing out the companys flyer and introduction letter and conduct cold calls or sales calls (if possible) to these tenant lists
- Manage SNS for advertisements for the building
- Propose marketing ideas and prepare marketing materials to discuss with superiors
- Follow up with the tenant’s request on the lease during the lease term and support the accounting department in collecting rental payment (if necessary)
- Other tasks as required by the line manager or General Manager

- Working location: Nam Tu Liem district (temporary); Cau Giay district (in the future)

- Monthly Salary: 18,000,000～22,000,000VND

Requirements


・Education: Bachelors degree
・Age: 25-35
・Gender: Any
・Language: English business level (good communication)
・Experience: Have 2 years working in the same position
・Other:
- Have basic knowledge of regulations and laws related to real estate
- Understand the basic terms and conditions of the lease agreement
- Understand the real estate market and other factors affecting real estate
- Good MS Office skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint)


・Majoring in real estate, marketing, law, foreign trade, foreign language
・Can communicate in Japanese


・Sensitive and can quickly grasp others psychology and emotions
・Able to work independently or in groups under high pressure
・Good communication skills and contract negotiation skills
・Proactive, initiative in marketing activities
・Reliable, punctuated, and attentive to the assigned tasks
・Willing to learn and listen to the opinions of colleagues and superiors
