JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Developing and sustaining solid relationships and ensure continued growth with key clients

2. Thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements to initiate and provide strategic and creative solutions

3. Supervising the business unit’s beverage innovation development team and ensure the satisfaction of key clients.

4. Compiling reports on account potential, progress, goals and needs, as well as tracking, reporting and offer solutions

5. Communicating and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and logistics departments

6. Generate research and report upcoming trends relative to the growth of the business.

7. Analyze market research and sales data to improve the sales and marketing strategies.

8. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams

Attending, reporting and tracking all beverage innovation developers’ activities

仕事の要件

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2-5 year experience and a bachelor’s degree in advertising and/or project management

2. Has an entrepreneurial mindset with keen understanding of the coffee, bar and food industries in Vietnam.

3. Proven ability in handling account management with multiple clients.

experience in developing, implementing and tracking marketing plans

4. Strong leadership and project implementation skills.

5. Ability to spot opportunities to grow the business

6. Exceptional customer service skills

7. Established F&B contacts is a plus

8. Has initiative, listens, learns and has good business ethics

8. Proficient level of written and spoken EN/VN language
