- Design creator growth strategy for retaining, and helping creators grow up in their career as streamers on the platform (Tiktok).

- Design creators benefit system and growth program to incentivize better performance and revenue growth at scale.

- Connect with brand for collaboration.

- Conduct day-to-day management directly with creators to materialize and iterate the strategic programs to deliver business results.

- Arrange schedule for creators: livestreams, short video…

- Build own ways and mechanisms to manage creator performance to increase GMV.

- Reseach trend and user’s insight to counsult creator in development better contents

- Collaborate with internal teams to carry out campaigns for creators under management.

- Monitor results metrics for creator growth and performance, and conduct regular analysis to generate operational insights for improvement.

- Provide additional support to creators for their needs related to content and platform guidelines.

仕事の要件

- Bachelor’s degree

- More than 2 years of working experience relates to talents/influencers management.

- Hava a good understanding aboutthe content industry, creator economy

- Have good understanding aboutsocial platforms (Tiktok)

- Have connections/relationship with modeling, content, media, TV, celebrities, and livestreaming platforms are preferred.

- Proficient in both verbal and written English.

- Professional, patient, and skillful communication with talents/influencers.

- Result-oriented and data-driven operation.
