Job Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for managing various aspects of the Vietnam Company’s human eesources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, etc. The Human Resource Generalist will work closely with the Human Resource Team at the headquater to ensure that all department functions align with the company’s mission and goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes, including job postings, applicant screening, and interviews.
Manage payroll and benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and communication with vendors.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to HR, including equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and unemployment insurance.
Assist with employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure accuracy of employee records, including new hires, promotions, and terminations.
Conduct new hire orientations, including HR policies and benefit information.
Provide support for training and development programs.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to existing HR programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least three years of HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Knowledge and understanding of local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels of the organization.
Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
