JOB SUMMARY

Ensuring an accurate and adequate quantity of materials in the warehouse for operation and maintenance.

1. Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy

2. Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand

3. Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory

4. Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity

5. Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis

6. Lead others in safe work practices, especially when in a warehouse environment

7. Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders

8. Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner for all ROP items.

9. Check date-sensitive products for expiration and facilitate removal or transfer of product as needed

10. Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency

11. Train other employees in asset inventory management

12. Establish trusted relationships with suppliers to ensure quality service and cost-effective deals

13. Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports as directed by the department head.

14. Performs other related jobs as assigned by the department Head / Manager

仕事の要件

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

- Four-year university B.A. degree or similar level of knowledge and experience

- Intermediate English skill

- Qualified in purchasing course is an advantage

2. Experience

- 3-year experience in inventory control position for international companies

3. Knowledge of:

Technical and equipment purchase.

Product and process knowledge

Understanding of production equipment and spare parts is advantages.

Able to handle international purchasing

4. Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control

Ability to reconcile stock counts to repodt data

Data management skills

Ability to analyze and solve problems

Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods

Planning: an ability to think ahead and prepare action plan to achieve results

Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and cost

Quality orientation and attention to detail

Systems and continuous improvement orientation

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Thorough understanding of Office applications

Computer: Ms Office especially Excel skill
