仕事内容

1. Draft contracts, give and consolidate comments to finalize contract terms and get the contract signed.

2. Monitor bond and LC issuance.

3. Coordinate with Finance for AR follow up, prepare payment request.

4. Arrange and prepare commercial and shipping documents.

5. Place Tools/Parts Orders, Freight request.

6. Co-ordinate with Customer, Suppliers, Forwarders, Bank, Departments of internal company… to fulfill all obligations of the sales contract.

7. Place Orders of handle purchase contract to supplied.

8. Follow up order RTS/schedule.

9. Co-ordinate with the Project & Sales team to resolve order matters with suppliers and customers.

10. Release shipping instructions to suppliers to meet company/customer/contract requirements.

11. Collect docs from suppliers for payment process.

仕事の要件

University of Foreign Languages/Foreign Trade/Economic degree

At least 2 years of working experience at a similar position in a similar- sized foreign organization

Good knowledge in incoterms and international transaction

Good English both in speaking and writting

Good excel skill

Good communication skill
