Job Description:

1. In charge of existing customer belong to the South market upon the area/customer allocation by Line Manager.
2. Find new customers and complete revenue.
3. Perform Sales daily activities upon PIC system
4. Receive Sales telephone
5. Control trouble shooting at customers’ site
6. Keep in touch with customers for any complaints or new inquiry
7. Develop prospects from current customers for potential business chance
8. Push up & follow up receivable from customers until customer complete payment
9. Prepare Sales presentation to customers
10. Negotiate with customers under Manager’s instruction.
11. Cooperate with Business Develop Team and/ or relevant Dept. to get sufficient information for new inquiry/ potential customers
12. Prepare sales documents (i.e. Cost Calculation, Quotation, Contract and etc.) for submitting for approval and/or to customers
13. In charge of new inquiry and/or potential customers of Japanese / others countries upon Line Manager in case of need
14. Follow up Sales contracts (renew, if necessary)
15. Update & making sales data, report: weekly/monthly report & Sales Forecast, budget, or other relative reports.
16. Prepare Sales expense on entertainment fee.
17. Control maintenance/company asset record and co-work with maintenance/ Logistic department for maintenance Company asset (cylinders, LGC, tank lories, storage tank, e.t.c..) at both NSVN factory and at customer site, and getting confirmation by customer for NSV’s asset keep at site monthly.
18. Contribution ideas in solving internal pending of SMD with other related Departments, and participate in development of Sales digitization program.
19. Control and supervise for customs clearance procedure for importing product and exporting procedure to customer.
20. Other urgent relevant issues

仕事の要件

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Marketing/ Tecnical
2. Knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales technique and sales control systems
3. Having 1 ~ 2 working yearsin sales business or business development.
4. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization..
5. Self-motivate and willingness for dedication and commitment to contribute more to the company,
6. Critical thinking: Using logical reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem
7. Judgment & decision making: Considering the relative costs & benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
8. Fluently in Speaking/ writing/ listeninginJapanes & comuniation English.
9. PC skill: Word, Excel, Power point
