- Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.

- Propose ideas, plans, implement & evaluate sales campaigns of Con Cung or by categories

- Coordinating the internal departments to implement the monthly promotion tasks and sales campaign categories

- Managing and developing POSM

- All other tasks are assigned by the Sales Growth Lead/ Manager
