Tam Son International JSC is a member of the Openasia Group, a multi-industry investment group established in 1994 in Vietnam. Tam Son was initially founded in 2005 with a mission to bring global luxury fashion brands to Vietnam.

Since then, we have expanded our portfolio beyond fashion and into various luxury fields including watches, jewelry and audio-visual technology brands including Patek Philippe, Hermès, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Chopard, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Bang & Olufsen. Tam Son currently operates a network of 60 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.

The Sales Representative’s mission is to develop sales turnover in its territory. He/she is also in charge of providing support to the GM activities regarding sales and business development.

1. Commercial support:

  • Manage and develop client’s portfolio.
  • Being proactive by offering innovative solutions to clients
  • Development skills for the management of existing accounts
  • Organization and follow-up of training (Mooc, training program, briefing etc.)
  • Participation and organization of events and customer training (conventions, product launches, inaugurations, etc.).
  • Feed and follow the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and follow the KPIs
  • Prospecting missions: identifying potential clients
  • Managing the entire sales process from securing a first meeting to signing contracts
  • Customers Follow-up and prospect requests
  • Phone call support
  • Sending documentation and information
  • Preparation of quotations, follow-up of orders
  • Processing, monitoring, and analysis of orders from professional customers
  • Follow-up on customer payments and reminders

2. After-sales services:

  • Control the correct application of contractual commercial conditions
  • Answering customer complaints
  • Coordinate the follow-up actions to be implemented following the conclusions of the Quality department in the context of customer complaints

仕事の要件

Knowledge & Qualification

  • BA/ Master’s degree specialized in Sales / marketing
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of a CRM, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, Office suite
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Frequent travels in Thailand
  • Occasional international travel if necessary
  • Knowledge of the Cosmetics sector is a mandatory
