Job description:

1.Site Survey

  • Site check for operation condition before quotation
  • Coordination with Sales for quotation
  • Periodical site survey for electrical construction after contract
  • Coordination with client to preparation for commissioning

2. Project Schedule

  • Coordination with installation manager to meet the project schedule
  • Coordination with sales to adjust the schedule, if required

3. Test and Commissioning Execution

  • Site check and installation preparation before elevator installation completion
  • Check the each stage of installation
  • Response for urgent commissioning technical issue
  • Coordination with client for elevator test and commissioning
  • Instruction to installation company
  • Preparation for Test certification
  • Safety management at site
  • Support for hand over document preparation

4. Quality monitoring

  • Elevator operation monitoring after hand over
  • Response for urgent site trouble after hand over

5. Other

  • Training for new member
  • Document development related with installation and T&C

仕事の要件

1. BACKGROUND

  • BS/MBS degree in related fields
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in test and commissioning

2.SKILLS

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

3.EXPERIENCE

  • Proven working experience as T&C
