Position summary

You will lead the companys overall sustainability efforts. As this is a newly established position, you will formulate the companys initiative agenda and roadmap in line with the companys sustainability strategy, and promote it while collaborating with and supporting each function. Initially, we plan to promote the issue of climate change, plastics, and human rights & diversity

Job Responsibility

Create a strategy and roadmap of the companys sustainability activities in line with the strategy of the global headquarters
Organize, prioritize, and set KPIs for sustainability issues
Promote sustainability strategies and activities in collaboration with each function of the company
Implement measures to integrate sustainability with business strategy and communicate with various departments
Communicate internally and externally the goals and status of the companys sustainability activities (including cooperation with Tokyo Head Office and reporting progress)
Provide support, guidance and training to develop knowledge on Sustainability across the organization
Build relationships with external sustainability stakeholders
Other sustainability promotion tasks requested by the Head of the Corporate Division

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications/Requirements

Over 3 years experience in a similar role
Knowledge of corporate sustainability practices
Strong passion for sustainability
Good communication skills
Able to communicate in English in Business

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree with a focus on sustainability or related areas
Experience in FMCG industry

Benefits and Allowances

Gross Salary : Negotiable
Bonus: 13th salary bonus guarantee, Performance bonus twice a year (March, Sept)
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), National holidays, New Year holidays
Paid leave: 12 days per year
Others : Work from home system available (1-3 days per week)
