Karavan is a subsidiary of TEKO, a technology company that is a part of the VNLIFE group, a Vietnam-based technology unicorn. Karavan is a B2B e-commerce platform connecting brands directly with SMEs in both rural and urban locations, including groceries stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Using our technology to improve merchants businesses better and easier from product sourcing to point-of-sale (POS365) and cashless payments (VNPAY-QR).

1. Job summary:

· Set the marketing and content communication strategic direction for the business, spread across its channels.

· Develop and manage the implementation of the Digital Marketing and Omni-channel campaigns strategies across traditional and digital media for all Karavan GTM channel.

· Build the capability of the overall marketing team and providing leadership to team

2. Job accountabilities:

· Develop and manage the effective planning, QA and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.

· Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners

· Develop and maintain the B2B Online Platform to approach B2B Customer. Work closely with other cross-functional teams to build local online marketing strategy and roadmap.

· Deliver corporate PR & brand communication and manage external agency partners when needed

· Manage brand and content development as agreed plan

· Lead end to end all campaign events to support sales and marketing activities.

· Determine and prioritize strategy and resources to achieve business KPIs including customer, sales, organic traffic and affiliates growth

· Plan & control annual budgets for the Marketing department

· Market intelligence: Collect and report weekly business intelligence, along with suggested action plan if relevant; Prepare and present quarterly business reviews, updates, and challenges

Yêu cầu công việc

Job requirements:

· 5+ years of FMCG industry marketing experience in a B2B role with proven track record in delivering marketing campaign that drive sales and traffic growths.

· BA degree in online/digital marketing preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in marketing or related subjects

· Expert in Online Marketing techniques and best practices

· Proven people management, leadership and Organizing Skill

· Demonstrated Analytical and Creative thinking

· Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)

· Highly self-motivated and proactive, can-do attitude

· Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced, iterative environment
