We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to strengthen our partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. If you have a solid background in the lab/diagnostics industry, established connections in clinic and hospital lab departments, and possess relevant certifications, we invite you to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector. Your role will involve leveraging your industry expertise, connections, and educational background to drive business growth and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, focusing on clinics and hospital lab departments.

- Understand clients needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

2. Business Development:

- Utilize your existing network to identify and pursue new business opportunities with new customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive sales by promoting our extensive range of diagnostic services/ lab test menu to our customers.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Regularly review and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Lab technician, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, etc.).

- Proven experience in Key Account Management within the lab/diagnostics industry is a plus

- Established connections with clinics and hospital lab departments.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
