Main Purpose:

  • In charge of managing assigned key customers of Modern Trade Channel.
  • Accountable for coverage, distribution, organization development, and successful operation in order to achieve profit and sales volume objectives in an assigned channel.
  • Accountable for recommendations on trade promotions, marketing, pricing, discounts,s and account servicing.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly planning distribution, merchandising and hygiene, primary sales – secondary sales for the whole area, and sales forecast for assigned customers.
  • Deploy monthly/quarterly secondary sales targets, sales fundamentals ( number of outlets, calls, successful calls, sold-in SKUs, brand distribution, merchandising and market hygiene control etc.); programs (trade promotion, consumer promotion, support activities, etc.) Responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching
  • Responsible for professional and personal development and career planning for all staff to maintain continuity and meet the business growth Accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets, and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly in assigned areas.
  • Accountable all operations are successful within approved budgets: % NDP TTS, % NDP subsidies, TM TTS, % overhead budget in assigned area. Responsible for building and maintaining a good relationship with modern trade customers;
  • Reviewing customer profiles to understand well Customer insight/needs. Accountable for daily/weekly/monthly sending reports accurately and timely.
  • Responsible for information collection and reporting on Competitors activities and customer complaints timely.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

  • University degree in a relevant field, MBA is preferred

Experience:

3 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG is preferable

  • Strong and deep knowledge of category management and new product management.
  • Knowledge of Distribution and Selling Skills.
