Responsibility

To find out the opportunity for investment, the candidate will do marketing/ research/ analyzing task

- To develop real estate projects, marketing, and research related to it

- Cooperate with real estate developers

- Contact banks, governments, and agents to get information

- Get an appointment and visit a client

- Deal with a request from headquarter

- Analyze the potentiality for land to develop

- Translation for Japanese General Director

- Other tasks assigned by the manager

- Working location: Dong Da District, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 23,000,000～32,200,000VND

Requirements


・Education : Bachelor
・Gender: Any
・Age:25-35 years old
・Language: English Business level
・Experience:
- Working experience as a developer, real estate consultant, and construction consultant
*This company is an investment company for apartments, buildings, and industrial parks. They are looking for candidates that can get such an opportunity.


・Have good communication level
・Honesty and Working hard
・Have working experience in Construction or real estate industry as a sales, marketing, or researcher.


・Working Experience in a Japanese Company, a small company with multitasking
