업무 설명서

1. Increase number of VPBank Online Application
- Implement promotion campaign for VPBank Online APP
- Propose new product policy/ function.. to enhance user experience
- Cooperation with third parties (Vnpay…) to manage app quality and increase users.

2. Ensuring the achievements of:
- Net new app user acquisitions
- Accumulative VPBank online app users
- Active VPBank Online app users

3. Guaranteeing the reporting and cooperating flow as follows:
- Report to user Acquisition Team Leader
- Connects with other team member and whole DBS/ Bank to ensure a proper implementation of requirements and KPIs.
- Propose initiatives to boost the effectiveness of sales and profits for bank.

4. Training activities:
- Training for new VPBanker about digital banking services.
- Communication with Digital user for new product function/ policy/ new promotion campaign

1. Educational Qualifications
• Graduated as a Bachelor of Economics

2. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
• Sales skill: Sales campaigns, Sales management; CRM…
• Banking Knowledge
• Ecommerce or digital banking

3. Skills
• Sales skills
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical and business detail
• A methodical, investigative and inquisitive mind
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Presentation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Planning skills
• Initiative and self-confidence
• Communicate in English

4. Relevant Experience
• At least 1years of experience as a business development
• Experience with working in online environment especially in online banking

• Initiation, Analysis, Planning, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment (end user training)
