업무 설명서

• Support customers via chat, email & phone.

• Listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information

about products and services on E-commerce platform.

• Update necessary information on system.

• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. Keep management informed on

issues and problems

• Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports

• Create a detailed plan of the way in which you plan to impact your team’s dayby-

day performance

작업 요구 사항

• N1 holder, excellent Japanese communication skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading

and Writing)

• English (Intermediate level - B1).

• High school graduate.

• Experience in Customer Service roles or any relevant roles is an

advantage.Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred
