업무 설명서

Provide guidance and training to driver partner via phone (registering and activating the account, the contract signing process, and facilitating the purchase of necessary supporting products such as insurance helmets, uniforms, bags, stickers, etc.)
Explore different recruitment channels to diversify acquisition sources in order to ensure KPIs
Propose initiatives to improve acquisition channels and lead quality and be responsible for execution
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify process pain points and suggest improvements.
To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Place of work:Pho Quang, Tan Binh District, HCM
Time of work:Monday – Friday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) & Saturday (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)

What do you need

Degree in the relevant field;
Fresher are welcome;
Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required;
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
