업무 설명서

We are finding Talent for Executive – Human Resources Development/ Recruitment who will be responsible for:

  • Managing whole recruitment process of executive and above employees; drive recruitment campaigns and programs with universities, on social media channels, and liaise with headhunters to fulfil requirements
  • Executing Human Resource objectives and procedures to ensure recruitment, retention, motivation, and performance of executive and above employees thereby, supporting organizational requirements
  • Managing performance review cycles of all executive and above employees and meet completion targets set by the Group/divisional team based in Sri Lanka
  • Implementing initiatives to ensure open culture in line with the organization’s values and behaviours
  • Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management

작업 요구 사항

  • At least 2 years in the same position or relevant field
  • Good at English (4 skills)
  • Good at communication skill and negotiation skill
  • Experience in manufacturing factories is an advantage.
