The construction site mechanical engineer performs various tasks, duties, and responsibilities as shown in the following job description:

  • Work closely with other disciplines including Engineering team in China & Manufacturing.
  • Developing Mechanical specifications, as well as preparing parameter calculations for mechanical system includes HVAC, Fire Fighting, P&S, Compressed Air, Piping system.
  • Design review to ensure technical demonstration according to TTI requirements and contracts.
  • Coordinate and support where necessary for statutory submissions with design consultants and Contractors.
  • Review and approve construction shop drawings submitted by Contractors, ensure compliance with the requirements of the design and specification.
  • Based on the project document management process, ensure that the project document of electrical system is stored, retrieved and monitored professionally in accordance with the approved project management plan.
  • Review and approve the contractors installation method of statement and submittals of material prior entering to site.
  • Regular monitoring and inspection of the installation of Mechanical systems based on construction drawings, specification and approved progress. Provide regular updates to Senior project manager and Stakeholders.
  • Capture and create a list of defects/non-conformity for contractors to fix for the installation on site. Check the list until these defects are fully fixed and report to Senior Project Manager.
  • Review the contractors testing & commissioning plan, including the ITP, method for testing, acceptance and implementation progress.
  • Attend all T&C program of Mechanical system.
  • Review, comment and approve O&M documents submitted by Contractors
  • Review and ensure all as-build drawings according to site installation
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Senior Project Manager.

This position will be based in Tan Phu Trung IZ, Cu Chi, HCMC.Shuttle bus from District 1,11,Tan Binh, Thu Duc, Binh Duong & Bien Hoa is available.

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical system (HVAC/Piping, etc.)
  • Minimum 4years’ experience with Construction of Mechanical /HVAC /supervision/design.
  • Integrity and transparency attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve problems.
  • Excellent communication in Vietnamese, basic communication skill in English, ability to read technical documents in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, AutoCAD.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
