Working location: Head Office in HCMC & both factories at Binh Duong & Binh Chanh

Job Purpose: Responsible for the development and execution of HR initiatives within Supply Chain & Manufacturing Function to support business requirement timely and meet the required shifts of function in term of capability, productivity, engagement and relationship. This role also manages employee activities as well as internal communications to build high engagement of the function.

Function in charge: Supply Chain & Manufacturing

1. Manages human resources operations
- Lead team to provide payroll and benefit administration services with timely, accurate and compliant manner
- Coordinate with Head of function & all managers to build/ implement and monitoring headcount plan both in quantity and quality to meet objectives of the year
- Manage and daily supervise the implementation of human resources operations and activities: Hiring,Trainings, Performance Managing, salary review, employee staffing and other HR coordinative activities
- Ensure hiring quality for temporary staffing to manage placement of all factories
- Develope, streamline and enhance tracking, reporting and analysis.

- Proactively and effectively and smoothly manage implementation of HR operations
- Enhance connections and influences of HR within and across functions
2. Drive for employee engagement and foster employee relation
- Plan and lead implementation of employee activities/ programs and campaign annually
- Survey, review and assess the effectiveness of individual program/ activities
- Lead implementation of engagement survey/ values survey/ relationship surveys based on results ot analyses and reports
- Work with Communication Lead to develop and implement employee communication structures/ media and Internal communication
- Master and update changes and requirements in laws, regulation, policies and guidelines internally and externally to consult Function’s Leaders effectively about HR-relating matters
Expected results
- On-time and effectively implement employee activities/ programs/ campaigns as plan and strategy
- On-time and smoothly implement engagement and culture surveys. Provide reports and quality of analysis
- Creatively develop and maintain internal employee communication structures/ communication media
- Understand requierments of laws, regulations, policies & have good relation with Trade Union to comply and foster all activities between Organization & Trade Union.
3. Manages employee relations to assure compliance and effectiveness of organisation
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
- Advise and train managers and supervisors to help ensure that all employer-employee relationships in the organisation to be conducted in a way that complies with relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organisations employment policies and standards.
- Analyse and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as employment standards, regulations, and laws in order to understand how these impacts the organisation and adapt employee relations practices as appropriate.
- Represent management in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relations authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organisations interests are protected
- Prepare materials for legal counsel, mediators, and external consultants and manage these relationships to ensure the organisations interests are well-represented
- Participates professional association and clubs

- Show comprehensiveness in laws and employee relations solutions
- Ensure legal compliance and policies alignment, especially at factories to ensure 0 gaps in all audits related to business needs
4. Champion for changes and nurture talents
- Periodically and regularly collect, review, analyse information internal and external sources to initiate new activities/ initiative of employee communication/ motivation
- Lead the implementation and be the role model of changes
- Work with functional head, plan, and implement development initiaties for functional and HR team members

작업 요구 사항

Qualifications & Experience:

- Vietnamese local with majority experience in the Vietnam market.
- BA or MBA. Additional professional HR qualification is preferred
- 10+ years in HR. At least 2 to 4 years in a leadership role in Generalist HR in SC, Manufacturing in FMCG, or Food.
- Experience in Recruitment, Learning and development processes, Employee relations, and Culture building will be important. Good relationships with local labor authorities are advantages.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and practices

- Good influencing and communication in both Vietnamese and English, in written and verbal, toward both individuals and groups
